Spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay.

Our experience was marred by poor communication. There were multiple messages sent from different staff, leading to confusion about check-in and check-out procedures. On top of that, the self check-in instructions were a hassle as they were sent via a lengthy video that took forever to download. it would have been preferable to have written steps instead.

The apartment was spacious and had effective air conditioning. Loved the comfortable bed and the well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. The soundproofing was great. The WhatsApp reception was super responsive, and the daily cleaning was a nice touch. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Milan on foot!

The complimentary minibar was a lovely touch, providing soft drinks and bottled water, which added to the convenience of our stay.

Navigating the complex key code system for building access and room entry was frustrating and not user-friendly.

Immaculately designed suite, the elegant decor created a cozy atmosphere. Perfect for a couple's getaway, especially with the comfortable king-size bed. The kitchenette offers convenience, although it isn't set up for large meals. Be aware that Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak, but the overall experience was enjoyable.

I loved the spacious suite that was beautifully designed with luxurious Armani furniture. The kitchen was incredibly convenient for preparing quick meals during our stay. We were just steps away from fantastic shopping and dining, making our visit even more enjoyable.

Exceptional service and spacious suites for families.

the check-in experience was absolutely confusing, with a different host showing up. really? it’s 2023! and what’s with the complicated room controls? why can’t hotels make things simple? oh, and i expected a welcome gift after all this chaos but was just treated like everyone else. almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The location was perfect for our family, just a short walk from the Duomo and surrounded by stylish shops. Our suite was immaculate, well-furnished, and had a handy kitchenette, which made it easy to whip up meals for our four kids after long days of sightseeing.

My children wished there were more activities nearby to keep them entertained.

The location is superb! You're right in the center of Milan, just a few minutes walking to the Duomo. The room was cleaned daily and was spacious, which was fantastic after wandering all day. Also, Matteo, the manager, was exceptionally helpful and welcoming.
